The Government Lab is the name of one of the tapes in Katana Zero. It is not an actual mission level, and it is only accessible through the main menu after beating the game. In order to unlock it, the player must search the Psychiatrist's body, and obtain the New Mecca Government Keycard. After the game is complete, the player can enter the level through the tape select.

It serves as a "weapons depot" for the player to visit and swap out the default katana weapon for other weapons that are (or will become) available in Katana Zero.
It contains one locked door that will be accessible in a future free DLC update. The player must also have acquired the New Mecca government keycard from the Psychiatrist upon killing him to open the door to the lab.
